COVID-19 message from xHamster’s VP, Alex Hawkins
Dear xHamster family, fans and partners!
We have always been your friend in need. As a website for millions of people worldwide, here at xHamster we are closely monitoring the current situation with coronavirus.
At all times xHamster’s mission has been to help people relax, but in this current crisis, we also can help protect communities by keeping people indoors.
We know that our sex drive is one of the main initiators for social interaction, so we recommend that rather than bars or hook-up apps, people take matter into their own hands (pun intended).
What you can do to stay healthy
Stay at home: don’t visit public areas unless needed. If you have to commute, avoid public transportation and ride-sharing, if possible
Good hygiene: wash your hands with soap or alcohol-based sanitizer before and after
One touch away: keep your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth (you know which parts to focus your hands on, right?)
Proper distance: keep yourself away from those with flu symptoms (sneezing or coughing)
Timely reaction: if you feel sick, please ask for medical attention immediately

What we have done by now
We are keeping up with the increased demand for the content, which resulted in the high load on servers, currently extending the number of them for xHamster.
xHamster team and its service partners have switched for a full-time remote work, with 24/7 support to help people combat stress and intense pressure from the coronavirus pandemic.
Right now, we are working on a solution to support the countries on or facing the quarantine.
