Hey, so I'm back from my holiday, from my vacation. I had such an amazing time, usually

whatever involves sitting and eating and sunbathing, I love it, I just love it. And drinking cocktails

and beers. So I had an amazing time, I relaxed myself, I put on some weight, you will see

that, and I told you before in my last weighting clip a week ago, that usually when I go on

a vacation or it's religious holidays here, like Christmas or Easter, after that period
